We both enjoyed it, the place is quiet and great and suited fine. All of the staff were accommodating, superfriendly. The bed was comfortable; the room was warm and cosy. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide array of food to choose from.

The hotel had a cozy and rustic atmosphere, which really added to the charm of the place. I loved the design of the hotel, which reminded me of an old farm. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the town and the ski lifts. It was great being able to walk everywhere without having to worry about transportation.
There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in La Clusaz. The location was fantastic, being close to the town centre made it very convenient for exploring. What I loved most was that the hotel was almost on the ski slopes, so I didn't have to travel far to hit the slopes. Additionally, the rooms had a great view over the town, and having a balcony was a lovely touch. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day off right.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Les Sapins! The value for money was excellent and our room was perfect, especially with the balcony patio area for our mountain bikes. The location was fabulous, right next to the piste, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The food for breakfast could be improved with more affordable options.

The breakfast was really nice and had a good variety of options. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and close to a ski lift. It was great to have access to the spa facilities, particularly the hammam and jacuzzi which were super cozy and relaxing.
Our room was a bit noisy as it was located above the machinery room, which was particularly noticeable in the evening. the beds were not very comfortable, especially the ones without back support.

The ski-in/ski-out location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s just a stone's throw away from the lifts and the town centre. The decoration of the hotel gives a cozy and romantic feel which we really enjoyed. The fireplace in the bar and the restaurant were both highlights of our stay.
The room we stayed in was smaller than expected and not what was advertised. The quadruple room barely fit three of us and we would have struggled with four.

Plus, the rooms with a balcony offer a great view over the town, adding an extra touch of charm. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious and served in a lovely breakfast room.
Nothing to complain about - all was just perfect.
